닭발 dakpal: chicken feet


I went to Japan this past weekend, and I went to a green tea festival in Hadong yesterday, but all those posts take time to put together... something which I don't seem to have much of lately. So, until I have time to work on those, here is one nice photo for you. A big heaping plate of chicken feet which we enjoyed with some makkolli on Monday night with a friend who is leaving for the US soon.

If you're curious about chicken feet, the taste isn't bad. The only problem is that I find them extremely difficult to eat due to the small amount of meat and the large amount of bones. I only ate a little, and only managed to get maybe half the meat off the bones....
