There's a GFC in my neighborhood, and it is good. My dream is to open a chicken place right next door and call it BFC--Better Fried Chicken.
ReplyDeleteJo and I went out for a Fried Chicken weekend. Both Friday and Saturday nights were all about the Fried Chicken. This was on top of the chicken that I had earlier in the week and the stuff we had two weeks ago. The great thing... We've been eating at different places the entire time. So far, Chicken Maru is leading the charge for price and tastiness among traditional Chicken places. For boneless, it's The Frypan all the way!
ReplyDeleteActually, our favorite is something called 파닭 or litterally green onion chicken. basically you get fried chicken with green onions. My boyfriend and some of my friends are obsessed with it, but not every place makes it quite the same way so it's kind of hit or miss.
